Bill sold my parents house after my mother passed away. We encountered a lot of obstacles during the sale including finding out the day before our closing that my attorney made a major mistake and the house should have gone through probate court. Bill was able to keep the sale alive while my new attorney rushed the probate process. By keeping the sale alive Bill saved me about twenty five thousand dollars because the value of the houses in the neighborhood was in a free fall and the house would never have appraised out at the same number because of recent sales in the neighborhood of comparable homes.
